My name is Alicia D. Stukes and I am a licensed Realtor in the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia. A little bit about me, first I earned my Bachelors of Science in Management Studies and a minor in Human Resources from University of Maryland, University College. Always striving to be the best at my craft, I have also earned several professional designations which include, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Graduate of
Real Estate Institute (GRI) , Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) and Workforce Housing Certified (WHC). I am also a Certified Military Relocation Specialist (CMRS) as well as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Iron sharpens iron thus I am always
aiming to learn about the cutting edge industry related topics so that I can leverage that knowledge to assist my clients. I have a passion for helping consumers understand credit which
includes proper use, management and how to cure negative reporting. One of my favor things to do is to educate my clients and the community so I conduct homebuyer education seminars and workshops in my local community to educate consumers about the homebuyer process from start to finish. Lastly, community service is my way of giving back so I founded a local non-profit in Maryland called I’m Bruised But Not Broken, Inc. aka IBBNB which provides direct services and resources to victims
and survivors of domestic violence. Serving with other community organizations is also a way of giving back and such I have the pleasure of being a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, National Council of Negro Women, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Family is everything to me and I am the proud mother of three adult children Patrick, Brian and Kayla.
