Alicia is hands down the best realtor in Austin to work with! She will always go above and beyond. She’s very personable, punctual and an all around pleasure! Alicia helped me find my current home in a matter of days! She checks in often and has amazing follow through to make sure that you have everything that you need sorted as a new renter or home owner. Alicia is amazing! I can only speak to my experience as a renter (not buyer), but I have only good things to say about it. Finding a rental in Austin is super hard, especially if you are on a budget and looking for a single family home or duplex instead of a complex. We looked at over 10 places together before putting in an application somewhere. Alicia got our materials in right away, so we were able to be the first applicants on a desirable property. I never felt pressured to look above our price range or put in an application for a property I was unsure about. If I was going to buy a home in the Austin area, I would definitely work with Alicia.
