Having bought my fifth home, I’m fairly familiar with how strenuous the home-buying process can be. I can say with absolute certainty that Alina is one of a kind. There are competent realtors, and then there are excellent ones—and she is definitely in the latter category. She has a wealth of knowledge, excellent manners, and always stays on top of tasks to ensure her clients' experience is as smooth as possible. Alina genuinely looks out for your best interests, even when it comes at a cost to her own, which is something I rarely see with other realtors. I don’t think I’ll ever meet a better realtor than her, and I will definitely return for any future home purchases or sales.

When it comes time to buy or sell, we highly recommend Alina Gorsuch. Our family recently decided to sell our vacation home in Wisconsin Dells. Choosing the right realtor when you live far away can be a hit or miss proposition. We choose wisely with Alina. Her knowledge of the area and sales experience made all the difference. Example, having requested a market analysis from three different realtor agents, her feedback and assessment let us know right away she was on top of her game and would be our best bet or achieve our goal. From the staging of our home to the pictures it was priced to sell, and higher than initially thought, and under contract within two days. Throughout the entire process Alina was involved, responsive, adaptable, and handled all the myriad of details required to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.
