I have been a San Francisco resident since 1966. I have a BA in Political Science from San Francisco State University and a JD from UC - Hastings College of the Law. In 1987 I started practicing law in San Francisco in the areas of business, real estate and corporate governance. In 2001 I obtained my Broker’s license and joined Gold Key Realty (now RE/MAX Futura) were I remained until I joined ZipRealty, Inc. in 2002 as a Broker Associate. At ZipRealty I was a Top Producer and Top Listing Agent for several years in a row. I was also Team Leader for San Francisco and engaged in the training of San Francisco and Peninsula agents.
In May 2012, after a long career with ZipRealty, I joined Better Homes & Gardens - MASON MC DUFFIE where I was a Broker Associate at the Market Street office. In 2013 I re-joined my original office, now RE/MAX Futura where in addition I am involved in residential and commercial sales.
Presently, my volunteer work includes UC Hastings’ Negotiation and Settlement Clinic, where for the last six years I have helped with the training and judging of law students. She also does pro-bono legal work for several non-profit local organizations (i.e. On Lok and CASA). I am a member in good standing of the State Bar of California, the California Bureau of Real Estate and I just became inducted into the 2015-2016 National Association of Professional Women VIP Woman of the Year Circle.
I enjoy the opportunities to serve my clients with either their legal and real estate needs. My years of practice have xposed me to a wide variety
of issues ranging from TIC sales and purchases to HOA governance and issues concerning single family residences throughout the Bay Area.
