As a business owner and former VP of Customer Service at Liberty Bank, I have leveraged my MBA in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices to create value for my customers, community, and organization. In my most recent role as VP of Customer Service Center Manager at Liberty Bank, I oversaw the operations and performance of the customer service center, serving over 200,000 customers across Connecticut. I led a team of 24 customer service representatives, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition. I also implemented several initiatives to increase service levels, decrease abandoned rates, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, I completed market analysis to explore and recommend technology solutions to keep the customer service center innovative and relevant. As a result of my efforts, I achieved multiple awards and recognitions, including the President's Circle Award and the Customer Service Excellence Award.
