Alisa is hands down the best realtor ever! She is incredibly engaged, focused, and get the job done even in difficult circumstances. Alisa handles everything flawlessly from start to finish! I e bought and sold many homes over the past 20 years and have never worked with another that even holds a candle to her. She is detailed oriented and honest. She helped make exactly the right decisions on what to do to prepare the house for sale, like landscaping, staging, photos, etc. she worked her network before the house was even on the market so people were lined up for it! Would absolutely recommend her to anybody looking to either buy or sell a home. You won’t find any better!

We worked with Alisa during very competitive housing market conditions, and we are glad we went through it with her. During the entire process from selling our old house to buying our new one, she was on top of what needs to be done at every step. She is very knowledgeable and actually loves her job. She is resourceful (linked us to a very good, honest lender and highly meticulous home inspectors, for example) and always available to her clients. Alisa made sure that both closings went through without any delays or issues. She understands the process and she was very effective at promptly sorting out details arising from lenders, attorneys and other counterparties. One of the many things we were grateful for.
