Alison Luce

Alison has always been driven by a fascination with people. The process and challenge of connecting people with homes energizes her. She feels honored to be helping people at such large, transitional moments in their lives. Since getting her Real Estate license in 2015, Ali has closed over $150 million in transactions with The Gunderman Group. She brings patience, tenacity, strategy, and humor to the process, and loves the ever-changing landscape of the East Bay market.

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Ali followed her passions to theater in New York City, fronting a big band in Austin, Texas, and writing a screenplay. She fused her creativity and business savvy on the development side in advertising, both at J Walter Thompson in New York, and BBDO West in San Francisco.

Alison lives with her husband and three teenagers in Albany. She enjoys hiking with her dog, Mr. Magoo, yoga, loves to read, and will beat you at Scrabble any day of the week.
