Alison Maltese

I have spent the past 25 years residing in Evergreen and Arvada which has given me so many wonderful opportunities as a self-employed entrepreneur and outdoor enthusiast.
My inspiration to become involved in real estate came from my parents, who had a commercial and residential real estate investment business near Boston, MA, where I grew up. This, as well as my experiences with fixing and flipping homes from 1994-2007 in Evergreen, added to my growing desire to pursue a real estate career. It is my intention to personally cater to the needs of every client for a smooth transition during the selling and/or buying process, and to be an advocate with a proactive, professional business approach and savvy negotiating skills. As I continue to build my real estate business, I strive to maintain long-term relationships with my clients as their premier agent by helping buyers and sellers through a lifetime of ownership.
