Fripp Island holds a special place in my heart, where I grew up vacationing and creating lasting memories. Today, my husband and I continue this tradition with our two children, savoring the coastal lifestyle of the South Carolina Lowcountry. Although I'm originally from Augusta, Georgia, we’ve always dreamed of calling this area home. After years of visiting Fripp Island, we made that dream a reality by purchasing a townhome on the Beaufort River and are currently building our forever home on Polawana Island.
As a family, we enjoy everything Beaufort has to offer—from boating to sandbars with our two black labs, to exploring the vibrant local culture and community events. Now, as recent empty nesters with daughters at the University of South Carolina and The College of Charleston, our love for the Lowcountry only grows stronger.
