Alissa is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I currently live in the Charleston area but wanted to look into buying a home in Myrtle Beach. Within 5 hours of being in contact with Alissa she had an itinerary for the very next day to show us eight beautiful homes that met all of our criteria. Even though she knew we weren't sure about the area she spent her entire Saturday showing us around
Not to mention it was on a holiday weekend. She goes above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone!

Alissa has been wonderful. Our timeline was long but we were anxious to find the right home as quickly as possible. Alissa invested a lot of time and effort early on to get to know us and our must have features in our next home. Her sense of urgency with showings, sharing of information and getting us the documents we needed in a timely fashion added a layer of trust that’s hard to find nowadays. She always walked us through the documents we needed help with ensuring we were well informed. The process so far has been relatively seamless, mostly due to Alissa.
