Allan Burns

Allan began his career in real estate in 1997 as a Sales Associate with ERA Advantage. He quickly earned a reputation as a solid performer as he learned every aspect of the business. In 2001, Allan broadened his horizons and joined a subsidiary of Guardian Life & Health as a Field Representative. He built a substantial client base, selling a wide variety of financial and insurance products.

The following year, Allan was recruited by a real estate development company to perform market research and generate leads for commercial property acquisitions. He played a leading role in expanding the company’s property base by establishing strong relationships with the real estate community.

Later that year, Allan’s career progressed even further. He was hired by the national real estate firm Robert K. Futterman & Associates to manage all site selection and market research functions throughout New Jersey. During this time, Allan’s personal real estate investments were bearing fruit. He partnered with his sister Janine to form BrayBurn Properties to manage their investments. As they enjoyed considerable success, they decided to expand their business and become a licensed real estate brokerage.

Currently the Broker Of Record and owner of NextHome Force Realty Partners in Red Bank, NJ, Allan has a proven track record of leading teams and large offices, to reach their true potential. He has succeeded in changing the direction of companies that were previously, in steady declines, to realizing record profits and growth.

Allan increased agency revenue to 250 million within one year of hire. Instituted highly efficient processes for all sales and operational functions; increased productivity by leveraging technology and automating manual procedures. While leading a private sales team to achieving new goals.

Developed a comprehensive marketing infrastructure for the agency; incorporated cutting-edge marketing tools and resources including social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter), web marketing (1,500 micro sites), and traditional print advertising; achieved exceptionally high lead-to-sales conversion rates.

Established and managed a profitable residential and commercial real estate brokerage and property management company. Managed 250+ agents, involved in all aspects of listing, selling, and buying properties throughout central New Jersey. Achieved consistent sales increases year over year.

But anyone who knows Allan will tell you that business is just one component of his success. From 1998 to 2003, Allan served as a coach for various football teams including Middletown North High School, Brick Memorial High School, Kean University, and Middletown Pop Warner. He has enjoyed teaching teamwork and good sportsmanship to many young players, as he led them to winning seasons and a State Championship while at Brick Memorial.
