Allan is a Realtor that offers a higher level of service than the average person "out there" working as an agent. Maybe its his couple decades of experience that saves his clients thousands of dollars by being able to negotiate professionally or knowing the other Agents/Realtors in the area for the "inside track" on properties? Could be that he just really cares about his clients or maybe it's a combo. I'd suggest a call to Allan before retaining another Realtor, you owe it to yourself. :)

Allan is far and away the best Realtor I’ve ever had the privilege of working with! He took away (almost) all the stress of selling my home and buying a new one. From helping stage my home being sold to even assisting with a last-minute item the buyers were asking for, he was always there for me. If you’re looking for a top notch Realtor, look no further!

Allan Figi was recommended to us by a very good friend of mine.
My family and I were moving from Texas to California, and we needed someone to help us find a home in a short amount of time as to not disrupt our 3 year old's life too much. Allan was so helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He scheduled appts to look at over a dozen houses on short notice and we found our dream house in less than a week.
