Allen did an AMAZING job for us! We had a rather difficult situation to work with and Allen was a trooper through it all! Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to have on our side! Coming from out of state, it was difficult for us to be there for all the weeding through of the houses, but he would go and video houses for us and send them to us to help us feel like we were there. He made countless offers on our behalf (the market is just crazy right now) and we ended up in a place we love! He is also currently working with my mom getting her into her own Idahome! You’re the best Allen!! Will definitely recommend you to any of our friends or family looking to relocate with us!

Allen Cofield is hard working, down to earth, and straight forward! He is up front with no “double talk”! He is very prompt in returning phone calls and messages. When he says something, you can count on him to follow through with the item discussed!! When writing a contract, he thinks of everything and includes special items that protect his client. I would recommend Allen to anyone and everyone. He found my daughter her house 2 years ago, and recently found my son’s house in July!! He has been so awesome that I had him find my house in September!! Each time it has been a very positive experience!!!

Met Allen in summer of 2019, not ready to buy until Spring of 2020. When the time came and I visited Idaho during the Covid 19 shut down, which came one day after I purchased my new home in Star. Allen took me to see several homes
a couple I had seen on Zillow and some that he came up with for me to visit and by the end of the first day I had made and offer on my new home which was accepted. Official state shut down occurred the very next day and even with all that going on I was able to close on my new home in just 2 weeks time with the sale of my California home beginning just 2 weeks before my visit to Idaho. I was very pleased with Allen and all his efforts.

Being from out of state I was concerned about how the purchase would be handled since I'm not currently in the Boise, ID area. I live in Alaska and was looking for a place in Boise for our family to use. Allen did everything and then some to seek out properties meeting our criteria, showing us those properties, assisting on coming up with an offer and counter offer, working the details, arranging financing, securing an inspector, closing the deal in record time and lining up trades to help us with minor upgrades and repairs - all without me ever setting a foot into the home. He was always available and interacted immediately with lenders, title company, inspectors, etc. I have complete trust in his judgment and he made this process effortless on our part. I would highly recommend Allen for any real estate transaction in the Boise area including selling, buying or financing. He is a solid guy with an incredible work ethic and integrity. I will recommend him to everybody I know looking to buy or sell in the area!

Allen performed way more then 5 stars.
My wife and I have been looking at property in Idaho for several years now, since our granddaughter and great granddaughter live in Lewiston, and my cousin purchased in New Meadows a few years ago. Most realtors, we contacted, would send us listings of homes even though we asked specifically for land. Then I found Allen, or he found me in one of my searches, don't remember which and doesn't matter. Allen did searches for land daily for the southwest region of Idaho, far from his location, and even set me up with a Collaboration Updates Board, which allowed me to pick and chose properties I was interested in seeing.
All this time, many months, Allen kept in constant contact with us by email, and phone contact, almost weekly if not sometimes daily. We had some specific requirements for the land, I was looking for.
Allen helped us weed out the undesirable pieces of property, by digging into and providing information on each piece of property, that not necessarily was contained in the property listing, i.e. he would call listing agents for additional information we were requesting.
We finally settled on viewing about five properties, and Allen agreed to meet us at one property first, which I can say was more then 4 hours from his office location. After we met at first property, Allen escorted us to the other properties and stayed with us the whole time. Allen even walked the properties with me. We selected one property to purchase, and then I really learned the value of working with Allen.
Allen walked us through the purchasing process daily, literally. He kept in constant contact with Seller's agent, Title Company, and even some local government offices for us. Allen would even call me on weekends, after I sent him an email on Friday night asking some questions. Allen even went so far as to go back out to the property and take measurements for me to the well and electrical transformer, so I didn't have to make another trip from out of state to get those measurements.
Would I recommend Allen as a Real Estate agent? Definitely so, and I will recommend Allen to anyone I know looking for Real Estate in Idaho.
Allen is a very personable, understanding, and an excellent real estate agent. One of the most important qualities of Allen is he listens to his client, but not afraid to offer suggestions either from his vast experience, which more than once helped us to make a difficult decision.
Allen is a very hard working professional real estate agent and even consider him a newfound friend.

Allen is a very hardworking consummate professional. Other real estate agents failed to sell our home. He sold our old house and got us into our new home very rapidly without a glitch at all in less than a month. My wife and I are professional truck drivers and we didn't have the time to complete all the required forms due to our job. Allen worked very hard and did it all for us.
