Allen Faires

Allen Faires has devoted over 12 years to the real estate industry. He owns office and self storage property and has been extensively involved in transactions representing a wide range of product types such as single family, multifamily, industrial, retail shopping centers, land and self storage. From real estate brokerage to real estate ownership, his extensive knowledge of real estate is the product of such a wide variety of real estate experiences. Allen currently serves as President and Founder of Premier Storage Partners, a private equity company in Columbus Ohio, specializing in the raising of debt and equity to acquire self storage properties throughout the Midwest. Allen holds the prestigious CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and served as the 2016 President of OCREE (Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangors). He is also a CSSM (Certified Self Storage Manager) and holds an Ohio real estate license since 2010.
