Allen has been in the business of Real estate since 2005. With over 15 years of experience he has accrued hundreds of clients, past and present, who still rely on him to assist them in selling and/or purchasing new homes, land or multi-family dwellings. He has received the very respected GRI designation which has allowed him to pursue the business of Real estate in a more professional manner. He has also received an award from Realtor.Com for his efforts in Internet-based online marketing. Additionally he is a multiple year award winning agent for Berkshire Hathaway exceeding sales quotas for those years. His area of service is far reaching which includes Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Saratoga counties in NY as well as Berkshire County in MA. Prior to becoming a Real estate agent, Allen worked as a construction manager for 25 years. This experience has enabled him to assist home buyers while viewing homes of interest. He is a graduate of Florida State University and currently resides in Cohoes, NY.
