I just closed on my first house last week and there is no way I would have gotten or known about this house if it weren't for Alleyah's help. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Livonia area and the market right now and was able to help me make informed decisions when making offers and such. She was very easy to reach and great about responding to texts and emails. We primarily communicated via text (except documents of course) which I quite liked because I see texts more easily. Alleyah helped me get a house I love at a price I could afford in an absolutely crazy market which is quite a feat.
