About Allie

Allie Carr has been practicing residential real estate for almost a decade. In this time, she has worked her way from an assistant to top agents in the Cleveland area to being consistently a top 3 agent in her brokerage of over 600 agents as well as leader and mentor within her brokerage.

Her main priority is the overall client experience and has built a business upon repeat clients and their referrals. She is a master of systems seeking to make each step of the process more efficient and effective. She enjoys leading and coaching an office of 20+ agents. She invests herself in the marketing approach of every home she tags her name to. She is available and will answer the phone and check emails in a timely manner any day of the week.

Allie has a direct support team. The bases are all covered between her COO (Courtney Calvillo), assistant (Sarah Wilk) and the 20+ agents in her Cleveland office that she leads. She also consults and employs a network that includes but isn’t limited to a contractor team, professional photographers and videographers, home stagers and interior designers, estate specialists, real estate attorneys and accountants, inspectors and more so that there will always be an answer or solution in any given situation!

Allie graduated from Denison University with a B.A. in Economics and from CWRU’s Weatherhead School of Management with a M.B.A. She sold Fixed Income for KeyBanc Capital Markets before transitioning into real estate. She grew up in Chagrin Falls and currently lives with her daughter, and pup, Boomer, in Ohio City on Cleveland’s near west side.
