Give Allie a call asap!! My fiancé and I put off our house search while renting due to the crazy Minneapolis housing market. However, all of our worries quickly faded after we got in touch with Allie. She coached us through the home buying process step by step and made the process so fun, seamless, and stress-free. I chose Allie Walsh from a short list of realtors with knowledge of homes with solar panels, my home having 20 of them. We got a rather slow start due to unexpected slowdown in the real estate market and climbing interest rates, but once we discovered it was going to be a rather difficult sale, Allie really stepped up her game and went above and beyond, doing the little things that one would not normally expect a real estate agent to do, and these things were really appreciated. Especially because I had moved out of state during this home sale, and depended on her to do things I could not do myself.

We loved working with Allie to buy our first house! We had a tight timeline and Allie was so flexible and accommodating to see houses when we could and to move the process quickly. She helped us learn how to evaluate what we were seeing in each house, and encouraged us to stick to our goals and not sacrifice our vision. Through the whole process, she was responsive, communicative, and helpful. Definitely recommend, especially for first-timers!

Best of the best!
Allie is tenacious, has the patience of a saint, and a fantastic sense of humor - she was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout an incredibly competitive & stressful market. She made showings fun, was available when needed, communicative, realistic, and I am fairly certain she knew what I wanted before I fully knew.

Allie walked me through every step of the way as a solo first time homebuyer and I felt 100% seen and taken care of. She is knowledgeable beyond her years and has surrounded herself with an array of expert resources for all the things that do or may arise during the home buying process.
She worked HARD for me to find my right home and to the very end through a difficult closing, and I made out with one GEM of a house in my perfect dream neighborhood.

I would (and already have) recommend Allie to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

Get on the A-Team, folks! Allie was the most patient and understanding woman to work with! She was so realistic about our expectations and incredibly informative through the process. We dragged this girl through 6+ different cities over two years while we hunted for our first home and she happily stuck with it. Her energy never changed. She even got stuck in a snowy driveway once at a showing and still made it out smiling! I cant recommend her enough through our first home buying experience due to her genuine and down to earth nature.
