Ali is my go to for all things real estate. Bought my house through her and she did a fantastic job with that entire process. And when I had to move and sell again years later she nailed it and had an entire strategy planned out. I’ve enjoyed having Ali as a realtor, she will give you genuine input from her own experience. It makes a world of difference.

We just sold and bought with Ali Chapin in arguably one of the most competitive real estate markets any of us have ever seen. Ali was absolutely fantastic!!! We sold our house in 1 weekend over asking and found the house of our dreams soon after.
Ali is a joy to work with, she is efficient, responsive and knows the market top to bottom. When we were selling she gave us her to "Ali Chapin To Do List" which helped so so much, it really made a difference! We also had her driving all over NEO and she never even batted an eye when we asked her to drive all the way from Cleveland to Canton (over an hour drive for her) to look at one house, she was happy to do it. This is not the first time we have used Ali as our realtor and it certainly will not be the last!
