Allison Klausner

As a professional, full-time REALTOR® since 2007, Allison brings a contagious energy and enthusiasm to every person she meets. She believes that one of the most important aspects of a real estate transaction is carefully listening to the needs of her clients and then collaborating with them to find the best property based on those needs. Her communication skills throughout the process and ability to coordinate details ensures a smooth closing for both buyers and sellers.

Allison and her husband Kris, a Nashville native, are both graduates of Vanderbilt University. They have called Franklin home since 1994 and have witnessed firsthand the tremendous growth of the Nashville/Franklin area. When she is not out selling houses, she enjoys hiking, camping and anything outdoors.
