What we were looking for was close to impossible to find; we had a very specific type of home we wanted, and a specific neighborhood style we wanted, while also being within our budget. Allison was understanding and accommodating to our request and was able to get us our dream home. Allison‘s personality reminds me of a best friend that you grew up with and you instantly connect once you see them again. In addition to her friendliness and caring demeanor, she is very educated and knowledgeable in the market and with the house buying process. Allison is all around amazing at what she does. She knows exactly how to explain the steps for the process of selling, something I am very green to. I had to sell my fathers estate which is also something very new to me, selling a house but also selling a probate estate. She is very educated, empathetic and thorough. I am out of state and she handled everything from explaining what I need taken away, costs for removal of items in the home that stayed in budget, and showing the home and having it sold in 2 days! I would highly recommend Allison. She made this process smoother than I ever could have expected.

Working with Allison to sell my late father's home was a true blessing. We as a family after meeting with several realtors in the area decided that our father's house would not sell for enough money to pay off the mortgage, so we attempted to turn the house over to the mortgage company. Allison began cold calling us several times over a few weeks, so we offered her the chance to see if we could sell the house for at least payoff. Other realtors scoffed at the property, as did we, but she persisted. She noticed the charm in the house and shared it with the public, writing specifically about the charm and community of the house in which it is located. When it goes on sale, boom!! Within a week, the house was sold for a much higher price than Allison and I had anticipated or even listed it for; however, the sale fell through just before closing. Because she was confident that the house would sell, Allison did not hesitate, and boom!!!It it was sold once more within days of receiving new offers. When it came to communicating with us, Allison absolutely nailed it. I never felt that we weren't aware of the process at any point. Allison was absolutely fantastic in dealing with my limited understanding of the process, explaining it at every step of the way. On the technical side man, they had a fantastic electronic system for signing documents. Easy to sign and quick turn around, even if the parties live in different states or cities, as in our case. To sum it up, Allison conducted herself beyond reproach and with absolute integrity. In any future real-estate business, I will be reaching out to her as she has gained my enduring trust and respect.

Allison is amazing ! She is so. Knowledgeable, friendly and positive! When another agency came to look at my mother's house, all they could see was the bad in it. Allison came and only saw potential for everything!!! When the house went up for sale, we had at least seven potential offers within 2 days! And it went to contract very soon after that, and we had a seamless closing!! EVERYTHING from start to finish was easy... I couldn't ask for a better agent !
Allison is NUMBER 1 and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER !!!
