Allison Park’s journey from Seoul, South Korea, to Northbrook, Illinois, is a testament to her adaptability and passion for community. After spending her early years in Seoul and then teaching Korean at the University of Dhaka, she moved to Glenview in 2007 and has made Northbrook her home since.

With a rich background in education and the insurance industry, Allison transitioned into real estate in 2010 after dedicating several years to being a stay-at-home mom. This career change was inspired by a friend who introduced her to real estate classes, igniting a new passion. “Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and the joy of helping my clients find their dream homes is incredibly fulfilling,” she says.

Allison’s commitment to her community extends beyond real estate; she volunteers at her church and teaches Sunday School part-time at St. Paul Chong in DesPlaines. She believes in the importance of respect and connection in business, which is why she chose to join Baird & Warner—an environment that fosters strong relationships.

Living in Northbrook with her husband, a data scientist, and their two college students at UIC and UIUC, Allison enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines, relishing the experiences as much as the food itself. Whether she’s going for walks with family and friends or losing herself in a good book or web novella, Allison values the moments that enrich her life.
