Allison Ruby

As native New Yorker, Allison Ruby had the unique opportunity to grow-up Upstate on a 300-acre horse farm in the Catskills, while also spending a great deal of time in Manhattan/Brooklyn, NY where the family ran several veterinary practices. Home is where the heart is, and those dual experiences shaped her passion for solving logistical challenges and laid the groundwork for her love of adventure, community and real estate.

Allison began her professional career in the Hospitality Industry and spent 20 years guiding her clients thru the planning, developing, and management of their most important and impactful events. This experience played a vital role in her advanced understanding of human behavior, sales, customer service and interpersonal skills that resulted time and again in exceeding her clients’ expectations resulting in re-peat sales and life-long clients.

The Hospitality Industry allowed her the freedom to move and travel around the world. Working in such locations as Houston TX, Sun Valley ID, Indianapolis IN, Westchester County & Suffolk NY, Greenwich CT, Orlando FL, and now here in Wilmington NC. Traveling is a passion that continues to this day and has taken her to almost all 50 states, European Countries and Africa.

During the past five years she has focused exclusively on the Wilmington Real Estate market, predominantly working on major custom house renovations, investment properties and the establishment and sales of new community-based developments. Allison is following her passion to further drive real-life solutions for residents by creating best-in-class housing solutions with leading construction practices that drives a superior quality of life with amenity-rich services and a custom appeal for all in Coastal Carolina. Allison is living her dream and making the dreams of others come true as well.
