His skill and value as an agent began in 1986 with Concourse Development in Dallas, Texas overseeing the property management of a cutting-edge commercial building in an emerging marketplace. Upon meeting his wife and real estate partner Pam, he arrived in Orlando, Florida expanding his real estate forum to commercial leasing, and investment portfolio purchases for corporations that included the investment evaluation of marinas, mobile home parks, and multi-family complexes. Each of these projects required skillful financial analysis of the properties' profit and loss statements, balance sheets, land use, projected zoning analysis, and ultimately an accurate rate of interest for his investors.

In 1996, Allyn’s real estate career expanded to the luxury home market of Winter Park, Florida upon the purchase of a boutique, luxury real estate company on West Park Avenue, which ultimately paved the strong, and powerful foundation for his stellar performance in the now world-renowned area of Lake Nona’s “Medical City” in the Southeast corridor of Central Florida. The Orlando Board of Realtors was recently honored in two major facets within the real estate world – ranking in the top tier of 100 Central Florida Realtors, and Most Positive Influential People.
