Allyson Binnicker

Allyson became a realtor over 30 years ago after receiving a Business degree from the University of South Carolina. She is very detail oriented, love working with numbers and negotiating on my client's behalf. she thrives under pressure, so she is well suited to help people in the home buying and selling process. That is one of the most stressful events in someone's life and requires a LOT of listening, organization and follow through skills. She listens to my client's wants and needs and she is upfront and honest with them and always have their best interest in mind.

She is happily married to my college sweetheart, and they have three sons that keep them busy. Her husband is the Superintendent of Anderson 1 School District so if you need information on area schools, she can easily obtain it. They have also been a foster home for over nine hundred dogs and still counting. Dog rescue and adoptions are my passion, and a portion of my paychecks goes toward rescue and rehabilitation groups. We currently have five rescued dogs and always have a foster dog awaiting adoption. So, if you have pets she will for sure want to meet them!
