Allyson Martinez

Allyson Martinez is an Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. Her passion for real estate resulted from her own experience as a first-time homebuyer. Allyson wanted to extend the same care, knowledge and support that she enjoyed to others as they endeavored to make their most consequential real estate decisions. She believes that it is important to provide as much guidance, expertise, support and information to buyers and sellers so that they feel empowered to make the best choices for themselves and their future. She strives for her clients to have a positive home buying/selling experience, knowing that they are working with a detail-oriented professional focused on their best interests.

A born and raised Brooklynite, Allyson Martinez received a B.A. in English and American Literature from Brown University as well as a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. Practicing general corporate law for years, Allyson decided to put her professional skills to use in support of her beloved Brooklyn community. Appointed as a Community Board Co-Chair of the Land Use Committee, she gained substantial knowledge in the areas of land use, urban planning, housing services, community advocacy, public sector governmental practices and community engagement strategy development. This experience has provided her with knowledge of additional resources and information that has proved useful to her clients in their decision-making.

Allyson is Co-Founder of Brooklyn Level Up, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on supporting small businesses and residents in communities of color by developing community engagement strategies, helping people establish and grow small for-profit and not-for-profit businesses as well as preserve their homes. In her spare time, she is a member of the Advisory Board of the Wyckoff Farmhouse Museum and a fan of creative home design.
