Great day to all who read this. My experience was one I look forward to repeating. Alonzo’s professionalisms and earnest in making sure my property was sold at the right price to the right buyer allows me to give a sixth star!! There were ~7 showings and three offers within 48hrs of listing causing a bidding war. Alonzo used several different online sources to get exposure to my first buy and flip. He was as diligent in the original sale to me as he was in getting it sold after I renovated it! I have worked with real estate brokers in the past and they could learn a thing or three from Alonzo!! If there is any question to the facts about my deal, please refer to the time listing and time SOLD! The numbers tell my story and that is why I will (continue to) work with Alonzo and his team!!!!
