I was searching for realtors in the Cleveland area, as I'm relocating from the East Coast and am looking for a place to rent. I was impressed by the reviews I read about Alphadetta, so I reached out to her. Her response to my initial inquiry was prompt, and she was delightful to speak with. Unfortunately, our respective timelines didn't work out, but she quickly referred me to one of her coworkers to help me in my search.

Ms. Briscoe was very patient and accommodating to all of my needs. She was very kind and answered all of my concerns and If she wasn’t sure of an answer she would find out for me in a timely manner. I also had no issues with scheduling viewings with her she worked with my schedule and if for some reason she was unavailable at any time she provided me with the option to view with one of her colleagues. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable as if I was shopping for a home with a family member.
