Mr. Hunt has gone above and beyond for my family during a recent move from Kennesaw to Marietta! He has stuck by me, has been incredibly informative, has helped support me at each step, he has been incredible. Alvin has been truly a blessing his knowledge is not even comparable to other realtors I have encountered! Alvin truly takes every measure he can to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end , he has given above and beyond incredible service! Alvin truly has gained me as a lifelong client. Alvin is one of the kindest, most professional people I have ever met. He helped us endlessly over a 3 month hunt to find the right house. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail. He used the first couple of house tours to really gauge and embrace what we wanted in a home. He also wasn’t afraid to give us realistic opinions on a home when we were overlooking key functionality of a space just because we loved a certain feature of the house. His goal was to make sure that at the end of the process we wouldn’t have any doubts or regrets on the house we picked. Constantly reminded us to never let a home or the process make you feel like you just settled because you had to. We love the home we chose and are excited to move in two weeks and start making new memories! Thank you Alvin!!

Alvin is one of the most patient and kind men you will ever come across. He has put in so much time and effort to find my family and I the right home, and we cannot thank him enough.

He is a great listener and really took the time to listen and learn what we were looking for in a home so he could make more house suggestions for us. It is very obvious that he is very knowledgable in his field.

It's always great to be knowledgable about your work, but what made it feel like an even better experience was the way he is with people. He has a huge heart!! My family and I have grown to love Alvin and are sad to not tour more homes for loss of seeing him often. Our 5 year old son would get so excited to see him, then run up and give him a big hug yelling, "yayyyy Alvin!!!" Our son still asks about him and now includes Alvin's name when playing with toys.

We are so thankful to have been blessed with Alvin in our lives. Do not look any further when looking for realtors. You will not be disappointed!
