Alwin Morgenstern has spent his career in real estate connecting people across the world together. The Aachen, Germany native has 30 years as an expert in the construction Industry, having served many years as Executive Director and Board Member. He has traveled during his career to more than 45 countries, and holds a Master's Degree in Science and Engineering. Since 2004, Morgenstern has held a California Real Estate Sales License, and is a Member of Newport Beach Association of REALTORS®, Member of California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors®. Though he is more than capable of serving all clients, his specialty is helping German clients settle in Orange County, and he does a great deal of work with the German community in Southern California as well as German business associations. Due to his Construction Engineering background, Morgenstern is a very dedicated, hardworking negotiator and can connect easily to foreign clients due to his broad understanding of many world cultures. Morgenstern is an Assistant Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America, and serves on the board of GERMAN SCHOOL campus Newport Beach a 501(c)(3) non-profit school. Morgenstern is married to Ursula Schoeneich, a German teacher and Principal of the GERMAN SCHOOL campus in Newport Beach. Together, they have a 17-year-old son Alex, who is an Eagle Scout, competitive rower and an up and coming YouTube celebrity.His interests are cooking, traveling and hunting, and he loves to teach youth.
