About Alycia

A fourth-generation realtor, Alycia Foley truly has real estate in her bones. After purchasing her home in Shaw as a client of the Mandy David Team, she embraced her destiny and decided to join the team as an agent. As an investigator supporting the federal government serving the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security, Alycia honed her skills of reading people and listening to what they really want to help her clients find their ideal home.

Alycia is especially skilled at working with first-time homebuyers and provides quality guidance to each of her clients from beginning to end of every transaction. She is also involved in programs supporting military and veteran clients and understands the importance of supporting heroes in our community.

In Alycia’s spare time you’ll find her walking her French bulldog, Quincy, or taking him to the local DC dog parks. She can also be found rooting for her hometown Boston teams as she is a passionate New England Patriots fan and loves to travel to Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard – her childhood vacation spots. Alycia graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree from George Washington University. She enjoys group fitness classes at Equinox and meeting with friends or clients for happy hour.

I cannot recommend Alycia Foley and her services enough. From start to finish she made a process I otherwise dreaded such an entertaining and exciting experience.
From a realtor perspective she was incredibly thorough. Taking the time to understand my preferences and “must haves”, identifying units that fit both my locations and budget, as well as her efficient scheduling and navigation— I couldn’t be more appreciative.
From an individual perspective she was fantastic. Funny, personable, and welcoming. She truly made finding me a unit a top priority. Her attention to detail and observations during our viewing appointments were apparent, and her honest feedback made me feel as though I was looking at units with a close friend or family member. That all being said, I am moving into a building and unit that I love, and I’m confident that her guidance and expertise will make anyone’s apartment search a seamless and stress free process.

Alycia Foley is the number one reason I have a great place in Manhattan. Simple as that. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and was always quick in answering any questions I had. Finding a good place in Manhattan is not easy and I was unsure how long it would take with all of the requirements but Alycia made it seem effortless. I appreciated her honestly and her dedication to finding an apartment that fit my needs. She always reminded me that there was no pressure to choose anything which was very reassuring. Would definetly use her again when I’m ready to find somewhere new. Thanks!

Alycia has been amazing to work with as a first time buyer in NYC. The market is so different here that it was great to have someone who knows the in's in and out's of the city and willing to walk you through each step! Always willing to make appointments work and find the perfect place! Would recommend her to any of my friends!
