Extremely friendly and welcoming to the area. Neal and Alyse were extremely helpful in showing us around the area and in making us feel welcome. They are very helpful in finding the perfect house and in assisting us through the purchasing process. In addition to helping us find the house they were also extremely helpful in all aspects of our relocation after we lost our house in the wildfires in Southern Oregon. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Neal and Alyse to any potential home buyers particularly those new to the area.

100% would recommend. Neal and Alyse were both incredibly intent on listening to our goals, but also in helping us to understand the home buying landscape. In a historically tight housing market, Neal and Alyse had us, within days, walking houses that we were in interested in, and were able to work with us to successfully structure our very first offer. They have a keen understanding of the offers that are getting looks, including timing and other personal touches; things that you don't know, unless you know. We are now, only 6 weeks after our very first meeting with Neal and Alyse, living in our dream house. At every step of the process, including after we closed, Neal and Alyse instantly responded to every one of our (sometimes silly or anxiety driven) messages and questions, and kept us 100% informed about the process every step of the way. That is all you really need to know about Alyse Stone and Neal Benson. Neal and Alyse were extremely diligent and patient with us. They worked with us for over 2 years, showing us multiple homes until we found the ideal one. They never gave up on us or got tired of the lengthy search for our “perfect home”. Once we found what we were looking for, they were invaluable in making certain the home became ours. Along with all of this, they helped us sell our existing home within a couple of days of it being listed.

You also truly want, and need Neal and Alyse to be your allies and advocates once the purchase process begins. Their wisdom, experience, negotiating skills, and counsel are superb.
