We had Alyssa help us with selling our home for a long distance move. It was our first time selling a home and she made the process super easy. She gave us great tips on preparing our house, and had some beautiful pictures done. Some issues came up during our home inspection, and Alyssa came right over to make sure those issues were fixed right away and made sure the buyers were satisfied. We sold our house quickly and smoothly. We would definitely recommend Alyssa!

Alyssa was awesome! She was able to help us get our house ready for purchase quickly and priced appropriately. The house went pending after a few days because of the way she marketed the home. Very responsive and always easy to work with which was a huge plus!
We had several concerns/ issues that came up with the buyer. It got difficult and stressful for us. She handled the situation with grace and professionalism. She assisted all parties to align and was able to keep all timelines on track.
I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Alyssa has worked with us over many years. The past two months were crazy though as we found a house to buy and then needed to sell our current home with a tight turn around time. Lots of behind the scenes work we trusted Alyssa to take care of and probably even more of which we weren’t aware. Why I worked with Alyssa to sell my house:
- I didn't want to sift through the various potential buyers
- I didn't want to coordinate the showings
- I wanted it to sell quickly at the specified price
- I wanted some additional market research on home prices
- I wanted someone with good local knowledge
- I wanted buyers without contingent offers, or offers where their homes were already under contract

And you know what, Alyssa did them all! It only took a handful of showings and we accepted the perfect offer at the price listed without unmet contingencies.

I'd sell with Alyssa again!
