But she took care of every step with care and professionalism. She was always pleasant and patient. She communicated regularly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend working with Amanda and finding your home. I literally only worked with her for two and half weeks after being in Virginia for two months and searching for months prior couldn’t find a place ; she help me do what seemed impossible. She is extremely professional and make sure that it’s in your budget. She also checks in after you secured everything to see how everything is . Her company is definitely 5 out of 5 you definitely won’t regret it.

As a young child I witness my parents struggling to provide us the necessities in life. With very intense details my mother would tell us stories about how she would own her home one day. As years went on now married and mother of five her dream also became mine. Having no clue how or what I was going to do, I was determined to turn her deferred dream into a reality for my family. I truly believe that God puts people in your life for a reason. Amanda Broadus is one of those people for me. Even though I was nowhere near ready to buy a house. She listened to my dream and we got to work as a team. My husband started with a credit score of 560, me a 580. Yes, I know ugly right? She walked us step by step within 8 months I was a 670 and him a 638. Around that time my mother passed. And some of my zeal to continue this hard journey faded. But Amanda called days and nights she went outside of her job description above and beyond real estate. We started the house search after getting our pre-approval! After looking at a few houses and everyone including family trying to give us suggestions, none of them was "that house". She reminded us of our dream and our goal and pushed us to continue trying. On the day we found our dream home we had just seen three prior I was becoming drained and ready to go home. She kept smiling like she had a surprise for us, and said "Just one last house to look at for today!" As we pulled into the driveway my eyes became filled with happy tears. "This is it!" I told her before walking into the house. I thanked her over and over again she had found our dream home. Paper work, Paper work, paper work, did I say paper work? She made sure everything was signed, turned in on a timely manner which was hard because we had a deadline to meet. Closing was on the 30th. And we to be out of the old house by the 1st. In the middle of closing my aunt became ill and passed away. Again she was their for me and my children. Losing my mother and my second mother in the same year I had to keep praying to push on. She even prayed with me! On closing day so much was happening and they tried to delay our loan. She wasn't having it got right on the phone and a few hours later we where at the closing table signing documents. When I say this lady don't play, she gets THE JOB DONE. I know my mother and aunt would be so happy to see my beautiful 3,024 sq ft 5 bedroom 3 bath home. Did I mention she got the house with almost $10,000 in equity. She even got us the best home inspector guy they searched everything and had her home insurance guy give us an amazing rate that no one could beat. I can't thank Amanda Broadus enough. I gave a lot of personal information in this review for you to fully understand how great this woman is. What she did for my family she will do for yours. Becoming a homeowner was not easy it takes dedication and hard work you will need that right person on your team. She will push you when you can't push yourself. She will guide you and her knowledge of the field will blow your mind. Her main goal is for you to reach yours. Remember, God puts people in our life for a reason. So if you're reading this you already know what to do. Don't hesitate because no matter where you are in life your dream is right around the corner she will get you there, call her. I'm glad I did!!!

We were 1st time home sellers and Amanda made the process of selling our home so smooth and seamless! She made sure we had a clear understanding of the process throughout every step. She was very professional and maintained proper communication with us from beginning to end. She conducted extensive research on our property and community to ensure we had the best listing price and to adequately answer the many questions from potential buyers.
