My husband and I used Amanda’s services in 2016 to purchase our first home, and then again in 2020 to sell our home. Both experiences were excellent, and we highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor. She made both selling and buying as smooth and easy of a process as possible, and explained everything in a way that made us feel competent, informed and in control of our decisions each step of the way. Amanda was wonderful to work with! I was searching for my first house and didn't really know what I was getting myself into. She was very educated; could easily point out red flags when touring and explain things that are normal with age of houses. She was also very responsive to any text or email and very easy to schedule tours with. It took a few rejected offers before we found the right house, but it worked out in the end and she was positive and upbeat the entire experience. Amanda was referred to me by a co-worker and I would refer her to anyone in a heartbeat. I enjoyed working with her!
