Look no further for an agent, Amanda is THE BEST! This was my first time buying a home, and even though I work in real estate, I had no personal experience with the buying process. She was so kind and patient throughout all of my questions. She helped me find and narrow down great potential properties, and now we have successfully closed! Amanda did a fabulous job guiding us through the sale of a family member's house. This was a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) type sale. We had a buyer but did not have the expertise to navigate the paperwork. Amanda had a reasonable rate to do all the complicated paperwork- inspections, qualifying the buyer, transferring the utilities, and arranging the legal work. Amanda kept everyone informed of the process and was available to answer questions as they arose. We greatly appreciate all she did to get this sale completed. Thank you Amanda for all that you did!! I had a property for sale for 3 years with three different realtors. Even in a hot market this undeveloped land would not sell. Amanda found a buyer, and with some creative financing got it sold. It is important to say she was great with communication, and went above and beyond in every respect.
Having been involved in other real estate sales, I have to say that she is very hard to beat in every way.
