She began her real estate career in the appraisal management division and has worked the last ten years as a licensed Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, The Preferred Realty. Amanda is also a new agent trainer which ensures she stays up to date with the latest real estate laws and regulations. The team has expericence working in over 5 counties surrounding the Greater Pittsburgh Area.

On the buying side, she has helped first time home buyers, buyers looking to upgrade or downgrade, investors, and estate sales. On the listing side, Amanda has sold residential and commercial property using tech savvy marketing and social media as a tool to get your property in front of as many people as possible. She is constantly learning new ways to leverage technology and social media to get more eyes on your property.

Amanda holds a B.A. degree in Corporate Communications from Penn State that has enhanced her understanding of the need for great communication during a real estate transaction. Amanda has put systems in place to ensure commincations are intact throughout your transaction. Over the past ten years she has built of team around her of lenders, closing companies, buyer agents, and admins, all of whom are on the same page of keeping the lines of commication open especially during a complicated real estate transaction.
