I didn’t come to real estate through a classroom. I came through a physical therapy clinic and a construction site.
For 22 years, I helped people regain strength, confidence, and hope through physical therapy. Then, alongside my husband Rodney, I spent more than 14 years owning and operating a residential construction company, where we built homes and learned that the strongest foundations are built with integrity, hard work, and attention to detail.
Looking back, I realize every season of my career has been about the same thing—helping people build a better life.
Today, as the Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Landmark, that mission continues. I’m still in the business of building.
I help buyers and sellers build the next chapter of their lives through homeownership. I help agents build careers they can be proud of while creating a brokerage culture rooted in integrity, encouragement, accountability, and genuine relationships.
My background in physical therapy taught me compassion, patience, and how to truly listen. Construction taught me craftsmanship, problem-solving, and how to see the details others often miss. Together, those experiences shape how I serve both my clients and my agents.
I believe leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about showing up. Every agent who joins our brokerage is trusting me with their career, their dreams, and their future. That’s a responsibility I never take lightly, and one of the greatest joys of my career is helping them grow into the professionals they were created to be.
