Amanda Hayes

Amanda Hayes has been a Real Estate Professional in the Kansas City Area for 5 years. She was awarded Rookie of the Year by her former team in her first year in the industry. Amanda loves working with first time home buyers, stating that, "there is nothing better than seeing the joy on their faces at the closing table!" She prides herself in her communication skills, being flexible and communicating however her clients are most comfortable. As someone with excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and customer service skills, Amanda is grateful to have found a career that fulfills her desire to help people with their real estate goals and desires.


Prior to her decision to become a REALTOR®, Amanda was an On-Air Personality for a local Kansas City rock station for four years. Despite how much fun she had and how she enjoyed the "perks", she knew she needed a career that had more interaction with people. She still DJ's karaoke shows once in a while for a fun night out!


When she is not working with clients, she enjoys spending her time "glamping" with her family, going to concerts, practicing yoga, running, catching up on her shows, and singing karaoke with friends!
