Amanda Helwig

My specialty is First Time Home Buyers. However, I can work with anyone, Buyers and Seller's. Most of my business comes through referrals and repeat clients. I also handle Commercial Property Management, managing a Commercial Condominium Association. I have been licensed to sell Real Estate since 2002, and I am Broker of Record of our family-run company.

In 2002 I graduated with my Biology degree and Art Minor from Ursinus College. I also obtained my Real Estate License that year and worked part-time at my family-run real estate office. Starting in 2006, I was Director with the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS® until they merged with the neighboring Association in 2020. I was then elected to the newly formed Tri-County Suburban Realtors® board in 2022. I'm also an Accredited Buyers Representative or ABR and acquired my GREEN Designation in 2009, the National Association of REALTORS® designation for real estate professionals seeking sustainability of housing and development for the future.

I have also volunteered my time and efforts as a Springfield Twp Rotarian, having served as President in 2024-2025 and Secretary of the Club for over 17 years. In 2008, I was appointed to the Springfield Twp Planning Commission and continue to serve on this Board as Chair.
