Sold in 3 days at full price. Amanda worked tirelessly for me to get my house ready to sell. Had the contact as to accomplish all the little tasks it takes to make the house look its best. In 3 weeks, I went from deciding to put it on the market…. to it having multiple offers at full price…. to closing. 3 weeks for a totally done deal. Amanda guided the ship and I rode. Loved working with her.

Perfect Agent! Amanda has been a pleasure to work with. Her great experience has made buying our property so easy! "Amazing Amanda" exceeded our expectations in every way possible! Upon our initial discussions, Amanda gave us a wealth of information to help us get our home ready to sell and priced it appropriately. Our home sold well above ask price, almost the instant she listed it as "Coming Soon"! Her listing description was appealing and the professional photos showed our home splendidly!

I believe Amanda may even be telepathic. She answered all our questions even before we formed them! Amanda kept in close contact, keeping us well briefed on every single step in the process of selling our house. She even provided invaluable information about what we could expect regarding the purchase of our future home.

Like a very best friend, Amanda did almost anything, (going well beyond the scope of what I would expect from my realtor), to help us throughout the ENTIRE process of selling our home!

Amanda was amazing! She came in, at first, to guide us through the sale of my mother’s home. A sibling was going to purchase and Amanda did a big FHHS Alumnus favor and helped. Then everything changed and we decided to sell out right. Amanda was there every second we needed her, even when we didn’t realize we would need her! She helped sort, pack, stage, found people to pick stuff up, cleaners…anything needed! She made the selling of our family home of 64 years a lot easier! We could not have done it without her…she’s the best!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Amanda to sell our family home. It was an emotional time and a lot of down sizing had to be done. Amanda was supportive and understanding. If something needed to be done she was available or was able to put me in touch with people that could get the job done. We had an issue that needed to be fixed and I was out of town. Amanda called people that could take care of our needs. She scheduled, met them and took care of what was needed.
Amanda is a very practical realtor, she will tell you what she thinks but is able to listen to your opinions as well. If you need to buy or sell a house you can't go wrong with Amanda Jordan!!

We were so blessed and fortunate to have her in our corner, working on our behalf, to make the sell of our home -- flawless.
