What I wrote years ago (below) holds true. Amanda and her team consistently exceed expectations. We've bought and sold with Amanda and each deal is treated with care. Photos, pricing strategy, negotiations, market intelligence, showings, networking... everything they do, they do well.

There is no better realtor in Grayson County. Whether you're selling, buying to live in, or buying as an investment, Amanda knows how to make a deal that you will be happy with for a long time. There is no one better. Amanda is leaps and bounds above the rest. I have sold three homes and purchased one with her. The process could not have been easier. During our prolonged house hunting process in a difficult buyer’s market, Amanda was an excellent advisor, guide, motivator, and friend. As a first-time home buyer, we did not have any idea about how the real estate market works. Amanda helped us patiently every step of the way, starting from teaching us the terminologies! With the help of so many real estate listing app, we did not need any help searching for houses. We generated our own leads and contacted Amanda with a list of houses we wanted to see every week. Amanda quickly understood how we function and adapter ser services to our needs. Even then, whenever something came to the market that she thought we might like, she promptly brought the property to our attention. Amanda was very, very, very prompt in accommodating us in her schedule. She was always extremely fast in responding to our text, call or email any time of the day or evening. Week after week, for about six months in our house search process, Amanda showed us the house we wanted to see, and she arranged the visits quickly within short notice. On some days, we even saw five houses in a row. Amanda is very active in the community and understands the Grayson County real estate market very well. We eventually successfully bought our home at a very competitive price, even in this crazy market. Stop looking you found the best realtor already! Originally contacted her July 2019 very pregnant and high risk. She waited for me to list no pressure involved. Didn't list until March 2020, a week into Covid-19 pandemic, a week before total country shutdown. This woman still sold my house in 3 days. Wasn't ideal circumstances due to pandemic but we made it to the table on time. Communicated everything to me and stayed on buyer's lender when problems arose. Can't sing enough praises!

If you're looking for a realtor who is going to take care of you, you don't need to look any further. Amanda took care of us from start to finish. She knows her market and actually brought us more money in our sale than I had hoped to even get without the standard realtor fees. From the very first day it was apparent that she has a formula that works, getting to work immediately, bringing in her team to take to take pictures and build an online package that got us tons of traffic immediately. She brought us an offer on the very first day! This would have been a fairy tale experience if our first buyer had worked out, but it wasn't to be. This is where Amanda's experience really showed. Her confidence and reassurance was all we had at that point. She had us another buyer nearly immediately, just like she said she would. I'm positive selling our house would have been a stressful nightmare if we had had anyone else but Amanda. We didn't have to do anything but sit back and let her go to work. Thank you so much!

I do a lot of real estate business in the Grayson and Fannin County area and I have only ever recommended one realtor and that is Amanda Phillips. I met her when I was selling a property to her client and the thing I liked most is that she was a straight shooter. I tried her out to sell one of my investment properties and got to know her a little better. I was impressed that she was knowledgeable but mostly that she had a very high level of integrity. I also came to find out that she was well thought of by other people in the industry. Eventually, I liked her enough to hire her across all three of my real estate investment companies and make her partners in one of them.
