Dynamic, loyal, innovative, and committed, Amanda Sheppard is constantly educating herself on all aspects of real estate markets and investing. After attending the University of Colorado, Boulder, she fell in love with all that this dynamic state has to offer and quickly discovered the beauty and great potential of the Boulder/Denver area. Post college she worked for several years in luxury "Business to Consumer" sales. She subsequently found herself in a perfect position to take advantage of her marketing degree and past sales skills by launching a career in Real Estate. These combined experiences have taught her the power—and the delight—of helping people create a lifestyle that expresses their personality.

Over the past ten years, she has worked very hard for her clients which is why a large part of her business is from repeat clients and referrals. She is truly honored when her past clients recommend her to their friends and family- there is no higher compliment! While working with referrals has helped her business grow, she values the excitement that new clients bring.

She has lived in Boulder, Denver, and Golden which affords her the unique ability to advise her clients in many areas along the Front Range!

Her many years of dedication to her clients has earned her recognition as a recipient of the Colorado Realtor Associations Excellence Award each year from 2013-2020 and put her in Denver’s top 5% of Realtors!
