About Amanda

I have lived in Boise almost half of my life now and my heart is torn between our Green Belt Oasis and the Big Sky Mountain state of Montana.

I love my outdoor time from the Air in the mountain pines while camping in my vintage Shasta to Ziplining up North and Golfing in between. My family is my world and I got to choose to be a (not so) stay at home mom and raise my kids while having a "home" hobby.

I have been a renter, had a home built for me, remodeled a couple of homes, flipped a few, updated and restored a 1910 NW End, preformed my own dreaded home repairs and built my own cabin from the purchase of the land, design, permits, acting general contractor & finisher. I have also bought, sold and negotiated my own properties as well as friends' investments. In my extra spare time I enjoy house & building histories and utilize our state archives to tell a homes' story.

I have worn so many hats on the home front that I am excited to help others invest in their own home adventures. I am not afraid to put the work gloves back on or pencil something out to help you make your homeownership or investment goals a reality. I'd love the opportunity to share my experience with you.
