Amanda Stephenson

A native of Corpus Christi, TX, Amanda came to Aggieland to purse a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. Graduating from Texas A&M in 2006, she fell in love with the Brazos Valley and is proud to raise her family and call this home.

Amanda’s real estate experience and passion started in 2013, obtaining a Class II appraiser license registered by the TDLR. As an appraiser, Amanda assembled a series of facts, and other information regarding specific properties, analyzed data, and developed opinions of value. The appraiser background has demonstrated her ability to handle multiple properties, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and given her the experience in talking with people and giving unbiased opinions of value of real property. Amanda understands the importance of price per square foot and how location can affect value.

When she’s not busy working for her clients, Amanda can be found on the tennis courts, involved with her kids sports and in the schools volunteering, hunting down in south Texas with her husband, soaking her toes in the sand, enjoying life and time with friends and family.
