Amanda Stone

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Amanda was licensed in 2000 and became the Principal Broker of a privately-owned brokerage in 2006, where she was responsible for recruiting, training and supervising a team of over 35 sales agents all while managing a personal multi-million sales portfolio. In February 2013, she co-founded LeConte Realty, LLC and currently serves as the company’s Vice President and manages daily operations of both the Brokerage and Property Management Division.

In an effort to encourage professionalism within the industry and to keep current on real estate trends, Amanda volunteers her time to various real estate organizations on local, state and national levels. Past achievements include being President of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® (2012), graduate of the Academy for Real Estate Advancement (2019), REALTOR® of the Year (2013) and Managing Broker of the Year (2021).

Within the community, Amanda was awarded the prestigious Blount County Athena Leadership Award in 2023. She is a Past President of the Maryville Junior Service League and is a graduate of the Leadership Blount Class of 2008 and East Tennessee Regional Leadership Class of 2018. She is currently serving a second mayoral appointment to the Board of Equalization for the Property Assessor’s Office.

Amanda is happily married to Michael, a United States Marine and local homebuilder. They share a passion for wellness and enjoy various outdoor recreational activities. Together, they are the guardians of the two pampered pooches and love living in downtown Maryville.
