Having Amanda as realtor was excellent!
She is very well knowledgeable with her work, and takes time to answer any questions about a home and gives her clients 110%. I was a first time home buyer and she helped me find a great house and if had questions she was able to answer them. Amanda was big help in finding and securing me my house. I told her what I wanted and she presented me with a few great options. She negotiated me a better than fair deal and won a multiple offer situation for me. I cannot say enough about Amanda. She is kind, professional, understanding and committed to her clients. This was a long and at times discouraging process due to the current market. Amanda was with me every step of the way ( all 26 houses!) And she always kept me going when I wanted to just give up. She made sure we were always on the same page and that I understood every process. She was always available day or night if I had questions or to schedule lots and lots of showings. She kept my and my families interest above all else and was always genuine. When we finally got an accepted house she was just as excited as I was.
