Amanda is an exceptional agent and knows how to get the job done. She is hard working, professional, and a great person to work with. I have worked with her on two occasions to buy and sell a home. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate trends and has access to a great team of lenders and contractors. Highly recommend working with her for any of your real estate needs! I also want to note that our circumstance in buy and selling were rather unique due to personal reasons. Having decided to look around Leesburg, Purcellville, Broadlands and the region for housing, Amanda replied quickly to an inquiry online.
She was quick to understand our needs (even though they were not fully defined at first), quick to make appointments to tour houses, punctual, polite and informative.
When we needed to think about the cost of updating houses that were 15 years old versus 25 years old, she gave sensible advice. Likewise, when houses were large but with basic finishes, or well designed inside but on an awkwardly shaped lot.
We found her very pleasant, intelligent, and helpful, and would recommend her most highly.

(2018) Amanda White made our selling and buying experience essentially stress-free. She was professional, very knowledgeable of the current market, and very responsive when we wanted to visit a house at the last minute to potentially purchase. Her fees were reasonable unlike many other realtors in Loudoun County. Amanda has a wonderful personality and was truly a joy to work with! Not all Realtors are equal in knowledge and ability. If you want someone in your corner who can share from a wealth of experience, buying and fixing up houses, than you want to work with Amanda White. She patiently worked with us for 7 months as we searched for our first home. If we had a question about how much work it would be to change something about the house, she would share her experience from years of fixing and flipping houses with her husband. This really helped us narrow down the houses we looked at till we found our beautiful home. It is not only an amazing deal, but has just the right level of things to fix for us. From the beginning Amanda and I hit it off. She literally jumps through hoops to get things done. I was involved throughout the entire process and the team she has working with her always make sure that you are in constant contact. I had issues selling my house as 3 contracts fell apart at the last minute due to issues on the buyers end and just when I felt like throwing in the towel Amanda said “let’s try this...” and with some creative marketing and some incentives and calling people who had looked at the house before, we finally sold it! Not only did she stick with me through some disappointments over several months, but she was quick enough on her feet to find me this great house at an amazing price even before it had been listed.
