The Best Agent on the Planet!!

My wife and I met Amber while we were still on the fence on whether to commit to buying a house. This is usually a red flag for most agents as they probably would consider it a waste of time. Not the case with Amber, she knew that we were first time buyers which comes with lots of dumb questions while reassuring us that we would not be making a giant mistake. She is so honest and has the most patience and care and was always available. These are very underrated qualities these days when things are chaotic. All this to say we found a place we loved and Amber basically carried us like a mama kangaroo, every daunting step of the way. We got our first offer accepted which is unheard of! What?! Words cannot fully express the gratitude we have for her and I know that she is our agent for LIFE. I hope more people get to experience what we did because we would not be living here without her!

I rarely do reviews but I was compelled after my experience with Amber Black as our real estate agent. During the beginning stages Amber outlined every step of the process for us upfront. She took time to get to know us, really making sure she understood our needs and desires to have the most favorable outcome. She had us narrow down our non-negotiable's, making sure we didn't waste our time looking at homes that just weren't for us. She blew our mind with her knowledge even introducing us to her preferred mortgage lender who was able to get us better rates than we had gotten on our own. To say she is a hustler would be an under statement. She promptly responded to all calls, and text no matter the time of day or night within minutes! We appreciated this so much as this process is so nerve wracking and we had a lot of questions along the way. She always did her due diligence on all aspects of the transaction which really put our minds at ease. We had heard so many horror stories about other agents or how hard it is to get a house in today's market and Amber literally made us feel like we hit the real estate agent lotto! Do not and I mean do not hesitate to use Amber to represent you to sell your home or purchase. She's the best there is and I recommend her to everyone we know!
