Best home buying experience I’ve ever had. She was more involved than her job requires and is able to work any situation out in your favor. Would not suggest anyone else when buying a home. In this historic white hot housing market, Amber convinced the seller's agent why our offer was the best on the table despite it not being the highest monetarily. Through the buying process, she treated my wife and I as if we were her most important clients even though we were only going for a home priced at entry level. She is truly a gem in a sea of Realtors. We absolutely recommend her and would use her again.

Amber is amazing! As a first home buyer she was so extremely helpful in guiding my fiancé and I through this process. I had no idea what I was doing but I never felt alone as Amber was always there to answer our texts and calls. You can tell she really values her clients and wants to see them succeed in life. I trust Amber to get me into a good deal and she is open and honest about everything going on and doesn’t hide anything.

Real estate agents are a dime a dozen. Most, in my experience, list on Zillow and wait for a buyer to come along. If your property is not 100% of whatever a potential buyer thinks they want, the typical agent simply shows them other properties and the sales potential for yours ends abruptly. Amber is the consummate professional. She was inquisitive and knowledgeable when showing our property and worked very hard to close the deal once it went to contract. She does her homework. I would DEFINITELY recommend her and, if the occasion arises, would DEFINITELY contract with her again. It pays to thoroughly review your agent before you sign with an agency. And, btw, agencies are only as good as their agents. So, if you are going with a big name because you think that's smart....think again. Make your relationship count from the start with a smart agent. Amber is THAT good!

My parents relocated to Florida from Maryland and without Amber the transition would never have flowed as easy as it did. Amber was available to address all questions and concerns posed by my parents. Because my parents were not in town during the final walkthrough, Amber took it upon herself to walk through the home and video with narration the home prior to them going to closing. Amber also made herself available to let the carpet cleaners into the home as it was prepared for my families arrival. Amber was amazing and a joy to work with as my parents went through the home buying process. Amber is a true professional and we highly recommend her to all perspective home buyers.

Amber was a great working with my family of seven brothers and sisters. She worked very hard selling my mama house at 6510 Cromwell Rd. in Lakeland, Fl. Without her help with the closing company BCHH, Inc, Title Agency of Texas. We would have never received our money if Amber had not help us thank you so much Amber.. We had a dual closing that Lawrence Thomas was to set up for Mary Johnson in Polk City, Fl. and for Herbert Fletcher in N. C. on 8/7/20, Bryon Holloway email me on 8/5/20 that Mr, Thomas would be calling us to set up time for mobile notary to do closing . Mr. Thomas never called I left three messages and three text. Mr. Thomas needs to lose his job . I call Amber for her help she called M., Thomas no return calls. She spoke with Mr, Holloway in Texas about Mr.Thomas on 8/6/20 and was told that Mr. Thomas said he was having phone problems. Mr. Thomas called me om 8/06/20 to tell me about his phone problems and said he had not set up closings. I called Jay in PA he set up my closing with Coty Myrtril for 2pm on 8/07/20. My brother waited for the closer to come to his house no one showed. Called Amber for her help because Mr. Thomas would not return my calls,this went on for a number of days until Amber took care of problem. it took 10 days to do closing. our family has only good thing to say about Amber and would hire her to sell our homes .
